Sweet and Sour Prawns

Heat peanut oil in a wok. Add ginger, chili, and onion to hot oil. Cook slightly, then add red pepper. Add prawns and cook 1-2 minutes, then add pineapple. Add rice vinegar, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, and black pepper, stir to coat. Add in bean sprouts, cook another minute. Serve.
